Beef
The cows we proudly raise are Herefords, Simmentals, and Black Angus. Most have been born here on the farm and are 100% grass fed and finished. Hereford Beef is renowned for its succulence and tenderness and Angus for their marbling and tenderness. The natural grazing systems ensure that our animals enjoy a stress-free outdoor life. This contributes significantly to the meat’s sensational flavor.

Heritage Pork
The pigs we raise through Mill Creek Farm are Berkshire/Tamworth crosses. Both are heritage breeds from the United Kingdom and are celebrated for their flavor and tenderness. Tamworths are known for their bacon(!), and Berkshires have been the standard for flavorful pork for centuries.
